Crafted by winemaker Anne-Sophie Dubois, the Fleurie Les Labourons hails from a high-altitude, granitic vineyard in the Fleurie appellation of Beaujolais, France. A Burgundian-style Gamay, this wine features flavors of bright red and dark fruits like strawberry and blackberry, along with floral notes of violet and hints of spice. Its fresh acidity, elegant structure, and fine-grained tannins make it an excellent pairing for roasted chicken, pork, duck, or herb-driven vegetarian dishes. Enjoyed slightly chilled, this structured and mineral-driven wine also pairs well with charcuterie, seared tuna, and steak frites.
