Made from organic and biodynamic Catarratto grapes from high-altitude vineyards. It undergoes skin contact fermentation in concrete, followed by aging in oak casks. Expressive, fresh, with good aging potential and easy drinking. It's a full-bodied, well-balanced wine. It has low sulphites and is filtered. PAIRING: It's a good choice for roast white meats, fresh seafood, and pasta, as well as pizza, crunchy greens, fried food, and can even be enjoyed as an aperitif.
